The Artist can thence access an Amphibious state of consciousness to be betwixt the Waters of Energy and the Land of Matter from where the Succubae Muses of Spiritual Inspiration emanate whom to guide his Seer's Eye of Vision and Hand to Paint.

THE SERPENT OF MAGICK CIRCLE ENCIRCLING ART STUDIO

An Artist is not defined by technique alone nor by the medium utilised, but by the 'Ideas,' which are communicated, while the technique and medium utilised of expression is the province of the Artisan. An Artist can also be an Artisan when the Artist is proficient in the use of a technique and a medium; wherefore the Artist and Artisan are unified as one. But if one is adept at drawing and painting or otherwise of Artistic expression as an Artisan it doesn't make one an Artist just because ones work is popular with ones audience since one will not be saying anything at all apart from catering to ones public's ingrained perception, which had been previously moulded by others who were Artists. But one can make a pretty penny to turn over by doing so to thereby set up ones factory.

An Artist will not cater to the Public's already indoctrinated experience of Art; since the Artist is seeking to break through into another arena of experiencing reality; whereby the Artist is very much akin of nature to that of a Sorcerer.
