The ‘Reptilian-Brain-Stem’ is the oldest part of the Human Brain to have evolved more than five million years ago, which inextricably links us all to our Amphibious/Reptilian Ancestors. The Reptilian brain is ‘Fear’ driven, and takes over when one feels threatened or endangered.

The Third part of our Brain is the ‘Neocortex’, which is the most evolutionary advanced part of ones Brain for it governs ones ability to speak, think, and to solve problems by utilising ones imagination. In the Industrial Age of machine one to observe that the Reptilian Brain was honoured and needed when predatory Colonial Expansionism was taking place.  Industries expected assembly line workers to take orders and to work without thinking as mere Automatons. Industrial Age Management performed the functions of the ‘Neocortex’. Management did the thinking and workers did what Management told them to do. In the Information Age, this arrangement no longer works as it used to.

Conversely, one to Down-shift when ones Reptilian brain takes over, which sounds somewhat akin to what Don Juan to communicate to Carlos Castaneda about the ‘Shift-Below’. People become Reptilian of orientation when they are ‘Afraid’ and concerned with ‘Survival’, which leads to issues of Control.  Criticism and the instigation of Fear promotes Down-shifting whereby negating ones Learning abilities for a Person or a Populace cannot Evolve if it is primarily concerned with Survival, however one can utilise such as to Dumb-Down and ‘Control’ People whereby one to find ‘Religion’ to ‘Criticise’ while at a Political level one has ‘Fear’ being used.

However when the Power of Leadership is abused, which is most often the case, one to find Fear being utilised as a Control Mechanism; should one observe other People, Co-Workers, Management or those in Power are acting like Reptiles, their behaviour is often Fear and Survival based. The Reptilian Brain governs Fear-based responses so that to utilise in regards to others in order to Control for the one dishing out the Fear to then feel empowered and Safe but at the end of the day they to Fear the most.

Fear becomes ones tool of Control via which one can direct the Populace where one desires them to go; when the Populace is made to Fear an Enemy they will become malleable to such a degree that they will be quite willing to allow themselves to have Chips implanted under their skins. However, one has to do this by systematic stages over time otherwise it will initiate an adverse reaction from the Populace one seeks to have total dominion over. 3: Let the Populace vent and get their feelings out under 'Controlled Conditions,' but never to make observable in order to give the Populace a sense of Freedom to ‘Speak their Mind’, which will release Social pressures. One of the present prime-movers of the so called New-Age-Movement is Zecharia Sitchin (born 1922) who is an author of books promoting an explanation for human origins involving ancient Astronauts. As one knows of indoctrination most of the Archaeologists, whom are inadvertantly enamoured with Biblical lore perceive the Middle-East as being the birth place of civilisation especially in regrads to Sumeria. Sitchin attributes the creation of the ancient Middle-Eastern Sumerian culture to the Anunnaki, which he claims to be a race of extra-terrestrials from a hypothetical planet beyond Neptune called Nibiru, which he believes to be in an elongated, elliptical orbit in the Earth's own Solar System, asserting that Sumerian mythology reflects this view. It just so happens that the Vril Society is said to have the same fixation on the Middle-East to have also perceived an ancient Alien intervention in Sumeria.

Raëlism, the UFO religion founded by Claude Vorilhon, appropriated many of its beliefs from Sitchin's work, which is heavily influenced by Judaism, as does the Nuwaubian religion founded by Dwight York. Zetatalk, the internet Cult founded by self-proclaimed contactee Nancy Leider, describes "Planet X", as a large object, which they claim is about to hit Earth to call "Nibiru" in reference to Sitchin's claims. The word "Beatification" probably came into use after the fourth century when it was introduced in the Church at Carthage, but the idea is older.
